A better, more accurate YouTube search

I don't know about you, but there have been countless times when I've wished there was a more better and more accurate way to search for videos on YouTube. Sorting by relevance helps this some, but still other times you'd rather see the most popular video, the one with the most views, or the highest rated video. When using YouTube to sort videos by most viewed, a lot of times the first results will be littered with completely unrelated videos.

Why are there so many unrelated results?

There are a lot of tactics used on YouTube to get more views. One of them is to add a bunch of unrelated keywords or tags to your video so that it shows up for a lot of different searches. Unfortunately, this tactic works pretty well because these videos gain a lot of views. Then they end up showing up near the top for a lot of specific topics when sorted by most viewed.

How this search is different

I realized that a better way to sort the videos was to let Google do the work for me. They are masters of search, and although Google owns YouTube, their effective searching hasn't been fully applied to YouTube yet. Google sorts links by a complex algorithm, partially based on the number of links it has pointing to it. This means when you search YouTube using this site, you'll be using Google to find the most popular videos without sacrificing relevancy.
